1. Simplified Complaint Notification Template

File: templates/emails/new_complaint_admin_notification.html

Removed:

❌ Excessive icons (👤, , 📝, ✓, etc.)
❌ Multiple colored sections
❌ Complex grid layouts
❌ Priority alert boxes

Kept:

✅ Clean blue header with hospital branding
✅ Simple complaint details box with left border accent
✅ Clean typography and spacing
✅ Professional CTA button
✅ Responsive design

2. Fixed Responsive Layout

File: templates/emails/base_email_template.html

Changes:

Added proper centering styles
Fixed width constraints (600px max)
Added mobile-responsive padding
Ensured proper display on all screen sizes
