# Email Template Simplification - Summary

## Changes Made

### 1. Simplified Complaint Notification Template
**File:** `templates/emails/new_complaint_admin_notification.html`

**Removed:**
- ❌ Excessive icons (👤, , 📝, ✓, etc.)
- ❌ Multiple colored sections
- ❌ Complex grid layouts
- ❌ Priority alert boxes

**Kept:**
- ✅ Clean blue header with hospital branding
- ✅ Simple complaint details box with left border accent
- ✅ Clean typography and spacing
- ✅ Professional CTA button
- ✅ Responsive design

### 2. Fixed Responsive Layout
**File:** `templates/emails/base_email_template.html`

**Changes:**
- Added proper centering styles
- Fixed width constraints (600px max)
- Added mobile-responsive padding
- Ensured proper display on all screen sizes
